This hotel boasts of an excellent location which is close to the metro and bus station and taxis are always readily available, making it easier to explore the city. Many guests have appreciated the friendly staff, good internet connectivity, and tasty breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Some rooms have a flat-screen TV, fridge, and safe.
Some guests have pointed out that the TV channel options in the refurbished rooms are limited, with mostly religious channels in Portuguese, and would prefer options like BBC or CNN international.

The hotel's modern equipment and decent breakfast were definitely noteworthy. Additionally, the rooms were charmingly designed and surprised us quite positively. The hotel's location was perfect for us, being close to the metro station and several touristic points.
The hotel was located close to a construction site, leading to noisy mornings that disrupted our sleep. Additionally, while the hotel's surroundings felt safe during the day, we were wary during night-time due to the shady neighborhood.

Great experience during the New Year celebration with excellent amenities that included access to free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast each day. the hotel's location was central and close to key transportation hubs, making it convenient to get around the city. the hotel staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations on things to do in the area.
The surrounding area was a bit rundown and could have been cleaner, especially during the busy holiday season. the room decor could have been updated to make it more comfortable and modern.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects include its location near the subway station, convenient transportation, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection of fruits, bread, and eggs.
